Hi, I am Chelsea Parkin.
The Why:
As a child I was always obsessed with photographs and the idea of how memories are captured. I would sit on my grandmother's living room floor for hours, asking for the stories behind every photo in her photo albums. This love of memories is the main driver behind why I pursued photography. I picked up my first camera at the age of 10, found professional photographers who let me follow them around by my mid teens and was booking my first jobs by my early 20s. Photography has been a life long love of mine.

After 10 years in the wedding industry, I have decided to focus mainly on lifestyle photography. Creating beautiful memories for couples and families. I strive to make every photoshoot a fun and memorable experience telling the story of your life. As beautiful, wacky, celebratory, or even chaotic as it may be at the time. Whether we capture what goes on within your home or take the adventure outdoors, you are guaranteed quality images you will be proud of.

I believe in providing brands affordable opportunities to produce high quality images and video content. Through my extensive knowledge and understanding of YouTube algorithms and SEO, I enjoy helping brands develop content strategies that can grow their social presence, and in such grow their business.
Unique to my videography and photography skill set, I have also worked in the Marketing field since 2008, gaining a degree from the University of Waterloo Arts and Business Co-Op Program with a specialization in Digital Arts Communication in 2013. I am currently the official in house photographer for Mabels Labels.
I enjoy capturing events, branding images and video content for websites and social media, product image and portraits.
